100% Satisfaction Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your goods you may return them to us, unworn and in the original condition and packaging, within 28 days of purchase. You may request a replacement product which we will despatch free of any carriage costs (UK only)), subject to availability, on receipt of the original products which were not suitable for you.
Otherwise we will provide a full refund excluding any carriage charges on overseas orders, using the card by which the purchase was originally made. Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded upon examination at our discretion.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We aim to refund unwanted items within 14 working days from acknowledgement of goods. Provided a valid e-mail address was included in your original order you will receive an automated alert that a refund has been made. As card processing times vary it may be up to 3 days before this appears in your account.
Processing and Delivery
The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order. All products are subject to availability. Value Added Tax, currently 20%, is included in all published prices. Please note customers purchasing from and delivering outside the European Union will automatically have the VAT element removed from their final invoice.
We claim to hold the largest stocks in the UK of our dedicated brands and will normally supply within 72 hours. In the unlikely event of unavailability, we shall e-mail immediately our expected delivery promise; payment will be taken only once your goods have been confirmed as available for dispatch with the exception of orders for Mephisto footwear which have been quoted specifically on our website as extended delivery. Please note payments by PayPal are pre-authorised which we do not control. In common with other companies supplying over the Internet we will refund PayPal payments promptly in the event the article ordered cannot be supplied within a time limit acceptable to the customer. At any time up until this point you will have the option to cancel and no charge will be made. We may need to request that goods are sent to you direct from our suppliers. footwear4you use Royal Mail's signed for delivery and its suppliers use major carrier services for UK and Channel Island deliveries. Royal Mail's International Signed for Service or Airsure is used for overseas orders. In the unlikely event your parcel goes astray we request you allow up to 18 days for UK and 30 days Rest of the World before our delivery partners consider the item is lost. In these circumstances we will do our best to get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
- All deliveries are FREE in the UK including Highlands and Islands and Channel Islands.

Please return by Royal Mail using the most economical method and ask your Post Office for a Proof of Posting certificate. This will assist you in obtaining compensation from the Royal Mail in the event of your goods being mislaid. We cannot exchange or refund goods which do not reach us. Where an exchange has been requested this will usually be executed by return of post, subject to availability. We aim to process refunds within 14 working days of the receipt of your parcel. Please allow for bank processing times, over which we have no control, before the transaction appears in your account.
