100% Satisfaction Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your goods you may return them to us, unworn and in the original condition and packaging, within 28 days of purchase.  You may request a replacement product which we will despatch to you subject to availability on receipt of the original products which were not suitable for you.

Otherwise we will provide a full refund using the card by which the purchase was originally made.  Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded upon examination at our discretion. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We aim to refund unwanted items 7 working days from receipt of goods.

Processing and Delivery

The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order. All products are subject to availability.

We claim to hold the largest stocks in the UK of our dedicated brands and will normally supply within 72 hours.  In the unlikely event of unavailability, we shall e-mail immediately our expected delivery promise; payment will be taken only once your goods have been confirmed as available for dispatch. At any time up until this point you will have the option to cancel and no charge will be made. We may need to request that goods are sent to you direct from our suppliers. We therefore request that you allow up to 14 days for delivery. Should you not receive your order within 14 days of us confirming they are available, please let us know by email to;

footwear4you use Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery and its suppliers use major carrier services for UK and Channel Island deliveries. Royal Mail's International Signed for Service or Airsure is used for overseas orders.

Postage charges

  • All deliveries are FREE in the UK. 
  • European Postal Area (according to Royal Mail guide) £12.00 includes VAT (where applicable) PER PARCEL IRRESPECTIVE OF NUMBER OF PAIRS ORDERED.
  • The Rest of the World £25.00  PER PARCEL IRRESPECTIVE OF NUMBER OF PAIRS ORDERED.  We regret we do not ship to the USA.

 The above is PER ORDER, irrespective of the number of pairs.

Returning Goods

Please ask your Post Office for a Proof of Posting certificate.  This will assist you in obtaining compensation from  the Royal Mail in the event of your goods being mislaid.  We cannot exchange or refund goods which do not reach us.  Please return goods to the following address:
