Setting our Agreement in place
In this agreement we are footwear4you.co.uk the on-line shop of Shickle Shoes 14-16-18 High Street, Burnham-on-Sea TA8 1PA and you are the person detailed on the order form. Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our agreement is made on the date we deduct payment from your card the details of which you provided in the ordering process. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.
Placing an Order
We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods: online transaction via secure server or by telephone.
For online purchases please view our website and select your goods. Register as a new customer (or sign in as a returning customer). Complete the order form and follow the instructions given on the website.
We regret we do not ship to the USA.
Payment
All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro. Solo and Amex. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
The card security code is a unique three or four-digit number printed on your debit/credit card.
All card details are sent directly to PROTX our payment provider using a secure connection, the security padlock will display when you get to the payment page. No card details are seen or stored by footwear4you.
Processing and Delivery
The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order. All products are subject to availability.
We claim to hold the largest stocks in the UK of our dedicated brands and will normally supply within 72 hours. In the unlikely event of unavailability, we shall e-mail immediately our expected delivery promise; payment will be taken only once your goods have been confirmed as available for dispatch. At any time up until this point you will have the option to cancel and no charge will be made. We may need to request that goods are sent to you direct from our suppliers. We therefore request that you allow up to 14 days for delivery. Should you not receive your order within 14 days of us confirming they are available, please let us know by email to;

footwear4you use Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery and its suppliers use major carrier services for UK and Channel Island deliveries. Royal Mail's International Signed for Service or Airsure is used for overseas orders.

Liability
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
General

VAT
All prices are inclusive of value added tax in the UK. VAT will not be charged on goods delivered outside of the European Union, including the Channel Islands. (The VAT element will be deducted manually in these cases.)
Design and Reproduction and Copyright
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary. Occasionally images may not be showing in the colour available and a substitute picture will be displayed.
Images, photographs, layout and style are considered the property of footwear4you.co.uk. Reproduction in whole, or in part, strictly prohibited. Trademarks acknowledged.
Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your goods you may return them to us, unworn and in the original condition and packaging, within 28 days of purchase. You may request a replacement product which we will despatch to you subject to availability on receipt of the original products which were not suitable for you. Otherwise we will provide a full refund using the card by which the purchase was originally made. Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded upon examination at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights. We aim to refund unwanted items 7 working days from receipt of goods.
Returning Goods (Download Form - Pdf)
Please ask your Post Office for a Proof of Posting certificate. This will assist you in obtaining compensation from Royal Mail in the event of your goods being mislaid. We cannot exchange or refund items that do not reach us. Please return goods to the following address:
