The Mephisto factory in France offers a renovation service for your favourite pair of Mephisto footwear. These will be completely re-bottomed and the price includes replacement insoles, laces and any minor stitching work.
Age does not matter! The footwear will be carefully examined by MEPHISTO technicians in France. This is an exemplary service offered by very few world class manufacturers. The feedback from our customers over the years has encouraged us to promote this as extraordinarily good value for money. There are no additional costs for duty, freight, etc. Tthe price you see is the price you pay.
How to order
Place your order online and you will receive an order reference number. Quoting this, send your shoes to us here in Burnham-on-Sea and you will be emailed when your footwear is ready; usually in 4-6 weeks. There is no additional carriage charge.

What happens if my shoes can't be repaired?
Repair is subject to availability of components being currently in range. In the unlikely event a repair is technically not possible (due to wear or the necessary materials no longer available) you will have the option of having your footwear returned.
Payment for the repair service is taken and processed at the time of ordering. In the unlikely event the footwear is returned as "not repairable", a refund will be promptly made, minus a shipping/handling charge of £10.
The shipping/handling charge will be waived if a new order is placed with footwear4you.co.uk for Mephisto footwear.
